BRETT - Sgt. Joseph L. Jr., 52, of Clifton on September 10, 2004. Beloved husband of Diane (Weireter). Dear father of Amanda Lynn Brett, Joseph L. Brett III and wife Laurie. Devoted brother of Maryann Brett-Brennan. A loving uncle who will be greatly missed by pet, Bailey. Funeral Tuesday 10 AM at Allwood Funeral Home, 660-670 Allwood Road, Clifton. Interment Laurel Grove Cemetery. Visiting Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Memorial donations to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of NJ, 1034 Salem Road, Union, NJ 07083 will be appreciated.

I just wanted to express my condolences to Joe's entire family. Although we had not been in contact in over thirty years, the kindness he and his family showed everyone during our high school years will always be remembered.

im sorry i cant be there to say goodbye to a dear friend. joe had a heart of gold and will be missed by everyone who knew him. he and his family will be in our prayers, i will never forget him.he stood by my mother and i when my father passed away and i stood with him when his parents passed away.
