CARPENTER
Karen, (nee Gordon), 56, of Asbury Park, formerly of Paramus, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014.
Cherished daughter of Frances Gordon of Roselle, NJ and the late Robert Gordon (1996). Loving mother of Jason Carpenter, Brian Lama and Kristina Lama. Dear sister of Diane Spears and her husband Don of Woodstock, GA and the late Philip and Robert Gordon.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 19, 2014 from 2 - 4 PM and 7 - 9 PM at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus. Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 PM on Monday, October 20, 2014 at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Karen's memory may be made to NAMI National Association Of Mental Illness, 3803 N. Fairfax Dr., Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22203.

I am so sorry and sad as I met Karen in Sea Bright and she was such a great person..I am sad I didn't give her as much attention than I could..God Bless Clyde
