Lynn Menzies Obituary

MENZIES
Lynn (Yolanda Cashnelli), 99, of Bear, Delaware, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 22, 2016.
She was born on August 6, 1917 in Wood-Ridge, NJ where she was raised. She is the daughter of the late Anthony and Alvina (Pessano) Cashnelli. She was a long-time resident of Pine Brook, NJ before moving to Delaware in 2014. Mrs. Menzies was a real estate broker in Hackensack, NJ until her retirement in 2006.
Lynn is survived by her loving children, Lynne (Menzies) Alexander and Douglas Menzies, and his wife Mae; her devoted grandson Timothy O'Rourke, and his fiancée Taen Sayachak; her sister Alyce (Cashnelli) Eglow and nephew Todd Eglow.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Edwin Menzies; her brother John Cashnelli and her sister Dorothy Cashnelli.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 4 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph on the Brandywine R.C. Church, 10 Old Church Rd., Wilmington, DE 19807.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mrs. Menzies' name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital,501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
