Maria Kutyla Obituary
Maria, 16, of Clifton died peacefully with her family at her side on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Born in Passaic, she resided in Clifton most of her life. Maria was a Junior at Clifton High School. She is a parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church in Passaic and a member of the Polish Scouts at St. John Kanty RC Church in Clifton. Maria is survived by her loving parents, Wieslaw and Jadwiga (Skrodzka) Kutyla, by her dear brother, Szymon Kutyla, by grandmothers, Stanislawa Skrodzka and Olga Kutyla both in Poland, by uncle, Jerzy Kutyla and aunts, Hanna Balata and Irena Trojnar all in Poland and Wanda Stechnij of NYC. Funeral services will begin 9 AM Thursday at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Rd., Clifton, NJ 07012 with a 10 AM Mass at St. Joseph RC Church. Burial will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Wednesday 4-8 PM. www.allwoodfuneralhome.com

To the Kutyla Famiy, I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. Maria was my friend in Middle School and High School. She was extremely smart and such a very nice person. She will be sorely missed. Raymond Romanski

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to your entire family. You don't know me but I read the story in the Record. I live in Florida. Maria was very brave and fought a hard battle.
