Mariline Matagrano Obituary
Mariline C. was 66 when she passed peacefully on Wednesday, September 11th. Born in Manhattan, Mariline later moved to New Milford where she has lived since 1968. An active homemaker in the New Milford community, Mariline was formerly a member of the Woman's Auxiliary of Engine Company #1 and a leader of the New Milford Girl Scouts, but her claim to fame was her delicious cheesecake. Mariline leaves behind her beloved husband of 45 years, Frank, and her three children, all of whom are married: Francine Ferrara and her husband, Ed, Michael Matagrano and his wife, Lisa, and Frank Matagrano and his wife, Erica. Mariline also leaves behind her three cherished granddaughters: Beatrice Matagrano, Angelina Matagrano, and Sybil Somerset. The Matagrano family invites you to attend a celebration of Mariline's life on Saturday from 6-8 PM at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1151 River Road, New Milford.
