Marjorie Flanagan Obituary
Marjorie C., 88, of Haskell, NJ, passed away on February 2, 2015 at Lakeland Health Care Center, Haskell, NJ.
She was born in Altoona, PA. March 6, 1926, and attended Cathedral Elementary School and Keith Junior High School.
She was predeceased by her parents, James J. Flanagan, Roscommon, County Roscommon, Ireland, and Anna (Madigan) Flanagan, Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland, and her brother Robert E. Flanagan, South Orange, NJ.
She is survived by her brothers, John P. Flanagan and his spouse Eileen of Red Bank, NJ, and Joseph M. Flanagan and spouse Jeannette Flanagan, Hillsdale, NJ ; by nephews and nieces Marc, Dan, Sean, Siobhan, Deirdre, Aileen, and Noreen; and fifteen grand nieces and grand nephews.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 6th from 4-8 PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 - South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Catherine R.C. Church, 108 - Middletown Road, Holmdel NJ on Saturday, February 7th at 9:15 AM. Interment will be at St. Gabriels Cemetery, Route 520, Marlboro, NJ following Mass.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in her memory to: Divine Word Missionaries, P.O. Box M, 121 - Park Street, Duxbury, MA. 02331-0614.
