KOZAK Mildred (Klorus), 86, of Lakehurst on September 24, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Albert Kozak. Loving mother to Diane De Vito of Manahawkin and the late Albert Kozak Jr.. Grandmother to Dana, Jody, Todd and Albert. Great-grandmother to Amanda and Samantha. Sister to the late Raymond Klorus.Mrs. Kozak was born in Garfield where she resided most of her life before moving to Lakehurst 14 years ago. Funeral from the Marrocco Memorial Chapel 470 Colfax Avenue Clifton on Saturday at 10:15 AM. Funeral Mass at Holy Name Slovak National Catholic Church in Passaic at 11 AM. Interment East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting Saturday 9-10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in loving memory of her son Albert Kozak Jr. www.marroccos.com
