Nicholas DiNallo Obituary

DiNALLO
Nicholas (Nicky) V., 73, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL formerly of Oakland, NJ passed away on April 29, 2013 at Jupiter Hospice Care with his family at his side.
Nick is the son of Nicholas and Sara DiNallo and was born on September 28, 1939 in Hackensack, NJ.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Nick is survived by his wife Katherine Dinardo DiNallo, brother Ben and his wife Barbara of Barnegat, NJ, children John, Elisa and Danielle DiNallo-Cianci, and grandchildren Stephanie Cianci and Albert Cianci.
Nick is predeceased by his late wife Stephanie Cappello DiNallo and his brother Andrew DiNallo. Nick was a very active man, loved to play golf and was a great skier. He was a very strong and spirited man who shared his love of the outdoors with his family and friends. He was happiest when dancing and that is how he will be remembered.
Nick's children would like to give a special thank you to his wife Kathy for taking such good care of him especially these last six years.
A mass will be held on Monday May 13, 2013 at 10 AM at St. Francis RC Church, 50 Lodi St. Hackensack, NJ. Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Hackensack, NJ followed by a celebration of his life at Dinallo's Restaurant in River Edge, NJ.

Little Nicky- He was my best jitterbug partner. Phil and I will always remember him at our wedding; he was the most spirited usher! Now he's having fun playing cards with everyone. I will offer my communion for him Monday May 13th, 2013.

whenever we'd go anywhere with nicky and jimmy...sis and I would always be the ones to drive home...usually long, bumper to bumper rides...those two would be in the back sleeping!!! upon our arrival home - nicky would be the first to say "that wasn't such a bad ride"...so, that became our catch-phrase- when we'd arrived in florida, after a long drive- the first thing out of our mouths was, "hey nicky, that wasn't such a bad ride"...a lot of good memories were made and will always be shared. you're still with us, demus- watch over my sister; she lost her true love. save a dance for me. love you. marie and jimmy boy
