Rich was my teacher in 8th grade at Holy Cross Catholic Grammer School in Harrison, NJ in 1969. Even though the school is not there anymore my good memories of Rich are. His was a warm approach to life and living. To this day I remember him fondly as one of the best teachers I ever had. I was lucky enough to reconnect with him again and to work with him when I served on the St Mary's Church Board in Rutherford, NJ. All the condolences of me and my family to the Gallo family on the passing of such a good person.
