Richard Schrader Obituary

SCHRADER - Richard of San Francisco entered into peaceful rest on June 14th, 2003. Born and raised in New Milford, New Jersey in 1952. Beloved husband of Barbara, devoted father of Allyson and Max. Loving son of Mia Schrader and dear brother of Karen. He has been reunited in peace with his father Erwin Schrader. He is also survived by nephews Justin, Erik and families and Tante Hilde. In-laws Charles and Ann, brother-in-laws Charles, James and families. Richard attended Newark College of Engineering. In 1980 he became a founding partner of Logan-Schrader Construction in San Francisco. His skill as a fine craftsman was appreciated by all of the many families whose lives he brightened. Everyone who knew Richard will miss his kindness and his sense of humor. Richard loved life to the fullest and enjoyed the outdoors, road trips, car racing, cooking, carpentry, gardening and most of all his wonderful friends. Richard will be missed by all whose lives he touched. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21 at Hogan, Sullivan & Bianco Funeral Home 1266 - 9th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94122.
