Growing up without many good male role models, my Uncle Richie was always an example to me that a man must always put his family before all else. As my Godfather, he always had a warm smile to greet me. I will always remember the pleasant smell of his cigars on his clothing when I would give him a huge hello and goodbye. Whenever we would get togehter, Uncle Ritchie would always be good for a nugget of advise and a twenty dollar bill that you had better accept, if you did not want to insult him. I will always celebrate his life and recall my treasured memories of him when I was a child, man and the family man he helped me to become. God bless my dear Uncle Ritchie.
