Dear Susan,
Your father sounds like a very fine envolved man, of whom I'm sure you are very proud. My thoughts and love go out to you and your Mother who have had to bear so many burdens of late. I will be in touch with you very soon. Your voicemail said you were very tired so I'll wait until tomorrow.
My love to you,
Gail

I did not know Mr. Seigel personally, but if I can judge by his daughter Susan Canada, I am sure he was someone much loved and cared about. His life was apparently full and busy to the last, and he must have felt that he could finally rest after having given so much. My great sympathy and empathy to the family on their loss.
