Stephen, we all still have such fond memories of your father. He was to all a kind man, first and foremost. But he was smart and generous. And one can only be a witness to all the love he shared with family. He's with the Lord now. At peace. Where the Lord is sharing His love with him.

Mr. Arlak was a wonderful person. He was always polite and kind. Even though he had a lot of handicaps he was always upbeat and positive. I always enjoyed being with him. I will miss him.

I will never forget Mr. Arlak. Respected by all who knew him, adored by his family, he was gentle, generous, and gracious in every way. His spirit will always be with us.
A good father, a good grandfather, and a good friend, he left behind a testament of kindness and courtesy and love, and we are all the richer for it.
He served as a patriotic soldier to his country and a loving husband to his wife. To his son and daughter-in-law, he was a dear father, to his grandchildren a fond grandfather, and to his friends, of which I consider myself fortunate to have been one, he was a kind and courteous man whose company was always a delight to be in.
Everything about Mr. Arlak was gentle and unforced, and he lent a kind of easiness to all that he did; and all that he did, he seemed to do with a joy and a happiness that made those around him feel the same way. To say that he was beloved is not to do justice to his memory.
He was one of kind, and he will be missed. We have lost him, but now heaven has him.
One wonders if Saint Peter plays pinochle. But, if Peter doesn't, I am sure Mr. Arlak, with that same patient and quietly amused perspective that he applied to everything he did, will be teaching Peter how to play.
All of us, who so tenderly and entirely loved him, could not have wished for a better father, grandfather, or friend.
Farewell, Mr. Arlak.

You were the best uncle and Godfather. The children were always important to him and he always had the time to take us to a parade, the movies or to play "Old Maid" with us. Thank you for the special memoeies Uncle Steve. Love, Ginny
