I just found out and am truly sorry! What a wonderful guy...he really helped me in the 80's to buy a great GUILD GUITAR from his store and gave me a sound system which I still am still using (all bulbs folks) singing at the Calvary Cafe' in Warwick, NY every third Saturday of the month. I think of him often! Prayers for his family! I remember coming to his home once where he wanted to introduce me to his fiance' and his pet squirrel. I am very sorry we lost touch for a long while! I wanted to tell him I did get the divorce and married again to a wonder man who I wanted him and his wife to meet!
Life has it's twists and turns, of course, and we all get blessings from Above. We will miss you Steve!

The last time I saw Steve was at our 5th high school reunion in 1982. We chatted some and he was in his usual high spirit mood with the always present sly Steve smile. I will never forget his tossing of fruit punch at me during the 8th grade graduation dance. I was not so humored at the time having the left side of my silly white tux rental soaked in pink. But that moment is quite the funny memory now. I wish I could have met up with him years later for a mutual laugh. I do not pretend we ever hung out, but Steve was an unusual person, one I never got to know. He was 18 days my senior and I send my deepest sympathies to his family.
