Steven Maloney Obituary
Steven Patrick, of Kinnelon, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2011. He was 23.
Born in Morristown to Barry and Debra (nee Sgambelluri) Maloney, he grew up playing Kinnelon Recreation Youth Football and went on to play Lacrosse for Kinnelon High School. Steven was a proud member of the staff at Heino's Ski Shop in Pequannock and was attending college at William Paterson University. His love of music and the drums will always be remembered by his friends and family.
Steven is survived by his parents, his brother Scott, his sister Heather, his maternal grandmother Joyce Sgambelluri, his paternal grandparents Richard and Helen Maloney, his aunt Denise Sgambelluri and his uncle Richard Maloney. He was predeceased by his grandfather Joseph Sgambelluri.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM, at the Our Lady of the Magnificat Church in Kinnelon. Interment will follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park in Totowa. The family will receive visitors at the church on Monday from 4 to 8 PM. scanlanfuneralhome.com
