Theodore Geiger Obituary
Glen Rock - Theodore "Vlad" Geiger passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018 in Palm Beach County, Florida, at the age of 20. Born in Kazakhstan, Central Asia, he was a resident of Glen Rock and graduated from Glen Rock High School in 2017. Vlad was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church in Glen Rock. He enjoyed the beach, surfing, and spending summer vacations on Nantucket. Vlad was a kind hearted young man who loved music, sports, spending time with his friends, and video games. Vlad is survived by his loving parents Michael and Laurie Geiger; two cherished younger brothers: Yuri and Ruslan; maternal grandfather Theodore Jadick; many cousins, aunts and uncles; the family dogs, Billie and Daisy and turtle, Franklin. Vlad is predeceased by his maternal grandmother Anne Jadick; and paternal grandparents: Howard and Joan Geiger. Mike and Laurie will receive family and friends on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, (vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. Vlad's memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in All Saints Episcopal Church, 40 Central Ave., Glen Rock, NJ 07452. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Vlad's memory would be very much appreciated, made to The Center for Alcohol & Drug Resources, 200 Robin Road, Paramus, NJ 07652.
