Living in Wanaque for many years I got to see first hand how much time Warren devoted to the residents of the town. He was always available to his people and I'm sure he deserved more thanks than he ever received. Warren gained my respect by the kindness he showed my father when he campaigned for mayor under the opposite party. I found Warren to be an honest and fair person and he always tried to do his best for Wanaque. The town will miss him. I'm sure his family must be very proud of his life and how he enjoyed serving others. I'm sorry for their loss and extend my condolences to his family.
