Xavier Carleo Obituary
Xavier R. Carleo 92 of Clifton died peacefully on April 2, 2018. Born in Bayonne he resided in Belleville before moving to Clifton in 1952. Xavier was a free lance carpenter for 45 years before retiring in 1991.
He is a US Army Veteran of WWII. Xavier is predeceased by his wife, the former Frances Kologreski who died in 2012 and by a brother, Paul Carleo. He is survived by two sons, Paul Carleo and wife, Beth of NM, and Raymond Carleo of AZ, by two daughters, Diana Ryan and husband, Alan of Caldwell and Mary Ann Fuezesy and husband, Steve of AZ, by three grandchildren, Jim, Kate and Michael, by three sisters, Phyllis Ricigliano of Toms River, Rose Sanfilippo of Clifton and Theresa Carleo of West Milford and by seven great grandchildren. Committal services will be held 1PM today at BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association will be appreciated. Arrangements are by Allwood Funeral Home, Clifton.

I am deeply sorry,he and I talked occasioally. He was such a sweet guy. Rest his soul, he is with his beloved wife now. He so missed her. My condolences go out to his family. God bless. The Elliotts
