Gary Ralph Fitzloff passed away on January 28, 2025 at home under Hospice Care in Spencer, IA.
Gary was born on January 4, 1940 in Spencer, IA to Ralph and Ruth (Hoffman) Fitzloff. His childhood years were spent in the Spencer, IA area, where he attended school and graduated from Spencer High School in 1958.
Gary married Sharon Kay Wieneke on January 4, 1961. They had 2 sons, Thomas Dean in 1961 and James Gary in 1967. Thomas passed away in 2015 from pancreatic cancer, 6 months after his diagnosis.
Gary worked maintenance at Graham Tire in Spencer, IA, ad salesman at Spencer Reminder, he then purchased the business. Gary then purchased Northwest Printing (Commercial Printing) in 1971. Gary enjoyed fishing, hunting, and visiting with friends.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Sharon of 64 years; son, Jim Fitzloff; granddaughters, Emerson Mohr and Katelyn Anderson; sister Cheryl (Barry) Smith; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
