Throughout his life he was supremely proud to be a United States Army Veteran. In 2017 he was selected to go to Washington DC on the Honor Flight.
Webb had many interests and enjoyed the businesses he owned and operated. His startups included Webb's Tackle along with a manufacturing company making automotive mud flaps. He grew up an only child, helping his parents in their plumbing and heating business, Bjornstad Plumbing and Heating. Webb was very skilled and successful in the trade, raising his children in the family business. He later worked for Lakes Plumbing and Heating in Spirit Lake. He never gave up his career working as long as his health allowed.
Webb and his companion Kathy Gehring enjoyed over 30 years together, experiencing countless concerts and traveling throughout the U.S. As a devoted Minnesota Vikings Fan, he inherited his parents season tickets where he and Kathy never missed a game until his health declined. They also annually attended the Viking's training camps in Mankato and travelled to an away game every football season. Webb and Kathy enjoyed vacationing and experiencing a variety of NFL cities and states. One of Webb's favorite highlights was traveling to London for a Vikings game and then to Paris for a Rolling Stones Concert.
He and Kathy have been long-term members of the Iowa Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, supporting local music in and around the Iowa Great Lakes.
Webb was dedicated to attending his grandchildren's sporting and school events. He was also a talented carpenter, fisherman, photographer, toy collector, Vikings memorabilia collector, and enjoyed the casinos and playing blackjack.
Webb is survived by his longtime companion Kathy, his children Ryan (Kristen) Summers, Michele Summers and grandchildren Cole & Kendyl as well as Kathy's children Scott Gehring & Angela (Sean) Powell and grandchildren Paityne, Logan and Ben.
