Ronald P. Henrich, 78, of Deshler, Ohio, passed away on July 13, 2025, as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born on February 4, 1947, in Defiance, Ohio, to Paul and Lucille (Beltz) Henrich. On Dec. 30, 2019, he married Sandy (Orthwein) Corey.
Ron is a 1965 graduate of Holgate High School. He then enlisted in the United States Navy and proudly served until 1969.
Ron worked at Holgate Metal Fab and retired from FinishMasters Paint. He is the founder and owner of Early Times Corvair Body Shop. He enjoyed restoring old Honda dream motorcycles and showing Milton, his 1935 ford pickup truck.
Ron is survived by his wife, Sandy; son, Jeff Corey; and grandchildren, Kendall, Cheyenne and Dalton; and brother, Bill (Susan) Henrich.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Karen Good.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church. There will be an hour of visitation held before the service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be private at a later date at Grelton Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans or a charity of the donors' choice.
