Gail Brewster Obituary
Lebanon - Gail (Chapman) Brewster, 75, of Lebanon, passed away at home on August 16, 2021, after a lengthy illness. Gail was born on October 30, 1945, in Norwich.
Gail was retired from the State of CT, Cooperative Extension Service.
She enjoyed spending her time with family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking, gardening and hosting get togethers for family during the holidays.
Gail is survived by her husband, James Brewster, her daughter, Kristi Pont and spouse Greg. She is also survived by 4 siblings and their spouses, Charles (Lorraine) Pendleton, James (June) Pendleton, John (Anna) Pendleton, Charlene (John) Saporita, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
A graveside celebration of life will be Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 11 am at the Pachaug Cemetery, Voluntown Road, in Griswold. All are welcome to join her family in honor of Gail. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethel Community United Methodist Church in Griswold, or Lebanon Volunteer Fire Dept. in Lebanon.

Gail was an original New England, Connecticut treasure.
She worked with all her substantial resources to preserve her legacy of farming in CT and New England. She loved her family , her farms which she and Jim tended with such care , expertise and true love for all of us. Her work at the extension service was a gift to the State of CT. As was her sense of humor and irony. It was my extraordinary honor to be in Gail's trusted circle.
