John Sidman Obituary
LEBANON - John (Jack) Sidman, 59, of Lebanon, beloved husband of Elizabeth (Schramm) Sidman, passed away unexpectedly Thursday August 10, 2017. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 6, 1958 to the late John and Virginia (Rajkowski) Sidman. He graduated from Pocono Mountain High School in 1976. Jack was married to the love of his life, Elizabeth, on February 15, 1991. He was a loyal employee of FedEx Express for 29 years. Jack was a dedicated and loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and son-in-law. He seemed to have a natural talent for everything he tried and was noted for his kindness, generosity and sense of humor. Besides his wife, he leaves behind to cherish his memory two daughters, Kaitlyn and Olivia Sidman of Lebanon. He is also survived by three sisters, Anita Maher and husband Michael of California, MD, Paulette Gibbons and husband John of Forty-Fort, PA and Brenda Diaz of Tobyhanna, PA, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. Memorial donations in Jack's honor may be made to Compassion for Cats of New London County, Inc., P.O. Box 336, Taftville, CT 06380. tillinghastfh.com.

As a fellow employee who worked with jack I found him always available to talk to and the ability to work out any problems.....I enjoyed joking with him now and then and also his quick wit..He was a very good person whom I was happy to have known....I'm so sorry he passed at such a young age.

To the entire Sidman family. Anita, Brenda and Paulette, I know what it is like to lose your older brother. My prayers are with you all at this time. Jack really was a great guy. He was intelligent, caring, and so very funny. He will be missed by all. Love and prayers to you all.
