Joshua Prince Obituary
Uncasville - Joshua Prince, 23, of Uncasville, loving husband of Marijun Javier-Prince, passed away unexpectedly on March 10, 2020.
He was born July 26, 1996, in Putnam, Conn., the son of Joseph Prince and stepmother Maryalice, his mother, Wendy (Pysz) Leager and stepfather Robert Leager.
Besides his wife, he leaves behind his brother, Matthew Patnoad; grandparents, Joseph E. Prince Sr. and Melodie Reed.
Joshua had a heart of gold and was a friend to many.
He was a hard-working man who found a passion in Culinary Arts.
He enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar.
A celebration of life will be held July 11, 2020, further arrangements to follow.

To all of Josh's family and friends, my deepest sympathy and condolences. I had the honor of meeting this sweet, polite young man during his years at Norwich Tech. He was in the same shop as my son, who was good friends with him. Keep the light he provided to you during his life, shining brightly in your heart in his absence. Sincere condolences on the loss of Josh. I had the pleasure of having him in my Language arts and reading classes at KIS. He was always a kind, caring person who was willing to help others, especially those who were struggling. He was a hard worker and had a constant smile on his face. Blessings and prayers for comfort for his family. He will certainly be missed.
