Kevin.
I've thought of you often over the years. We played basketball at Mohegan community college together.. we were major hoopers! You nicked named me the Bugs because of a move I had. The Bugs move. Those were special times . You just came into my mind again. I'm off the coast of France heading for Normandy . The 75th anniversary of the invasion. We had a professor who taught Nazi history ,Enos , I think his name was. He partied with the basketball team. He took us all around in a van. He partied hard with us and footed the beer bill. Those were some good times. Anyway I can't believe this is you and that somehow I found you. Rest In Peace my old friend . You were part of my life and made an impression as you did with many others. You have already been missed for a long time.
Your old teammate and friend

Kevin, you were a second dad to me growing up. You made me feel not only welcome in your home, but you always seemed happy to see me whenever I barged into your house with my overnight bag to spend the night, or sometimes WEEKS, with Erica and the rest of the Quigley family. You never made me feel like an outsider or an inconvenience, which was remarkable considering you had more than enough kids running around. I will miss your endearingly goofy sense of humor and your big laugh. Thanks for all you have done. Much love to you and the rest of the Quigley/Jones family.

My thoughts & prayers to the Quigley family. I knew Kevin from our school days at Kelly Jr High & NFA. Kevin was a tenacious competitor with tremendous skill on the basketball court. I left CT shortly after NFA so I did not know Kevin as an adult but I'm sure his love of & enthusiasm for sports continued throughout his life. RIP Kevin. God's peace, comfort & blessings to your family. Jude 21.
