Lillian Harding Obituary
PLAINFIELD - Lillian B. Harding of Plainfield, Connecticut passed peacefully in her home Wednesday November 21st at the age of 96. She leaves her son Peter Skolem of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, her daughter Kathleen Skolem of Brownsville, Vermont and 5 step children, Linda Harding from Kauai, Hawaii, Thomas Harding of Fairfield, CT, Judith Wright of Norwichtown, CT, Carol Kelleher of Chevy Chase, Maryland and William Harding of Gainesville, Florida. Friends are asked to come and gather at Dougherty Brothers Funeral Home 595 Norwich Road in Plainfield CT on Saturday December 1st , at 2:00PM for a Memorial Service. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lillian's memory to the Goodspeed Musicals PO Box A East Haddam,CT 06423-0281. www.doughertybrosfuneralhome.com

Our smpathy to the family. Our mom & mom-in-law, Tootsie did house cleaning for Lil & they had a close friendship. I took her place when she couldn't make it & i sewed for her. Our son, Steve did some yard work for her also & she was always so hospitable & gracious to us all. She was such a fun & lovely lady.

What can I say? I'm so sorry for your loss because it's all so hard! Lil was a feisty woman and knew how to have fun. Fond memories of holidays spent together. Love you Peter and Kathy

I'm so sorry you lost your Mom, you were a wonderful daughter. Lil was a feisty woman and one of a kind and I enjoyed having her as a neighbor. My prayers go to you and your brother.
