Peter Orr Obituary
Thompson, CT - A celebration of life will be Sunday, March 11, 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson Raceway Restaurant for Peter Orr, 60, co-owner of Fort Hill Farms of The Farmer's Cow and Agri-mark dairy cooperatives. He died unexpectedly at home on March 5. Burial will be private. Survivors include his wife, Kristin, and daughters, Kies and Lily, all of Thompson. Memorial donations to Thompson Congregational Church, PO Box 308, Thompson, CT 06277

Dear Kristen,
I was so saddened to learn of Peter's death, please accept my sincere condolences. Peter was such a delight to work with at Pfizer and then DEKALB Genetics. So sorry for Kristin and family. I had worked with Peter at DEKALB in the 1990s, and we recently reconnected as he participated as a panelist on some ag programs Bayer was running in Boston. I will surely miss him.

I just read of your dad's , and your husband's, sudden passing. I am so very sorry that you have to carry such sadness. I know how hard it is to deal with a sudden death...so unexpected and so shocking. But remember that he will remain with you in that special place in your hearts and one day you will smile again.
