Judy Rongisch Obituary

Judy L. Rongisch, 63, of North Platte, passed away on April 26, 2012, at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha after an extended illness.
Judy was born on Oct. 14, 1948, to Arnold and Betty Nielsen in Grand Island. She married Robert Rongisch in 1968 and moved to North Platte in 1978.
Judy loved to sew and was very creative. She enjoyed working in the yard and being outside. She was an avid Husker football and NASCAR fan. She loved her family and making holiday's special.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; daughter, Traci (Terry) Haugh, of Kearney; son, Robert P. (Melony) Rongisch Jr., of Sutherland; grandchildren, Samantha Sisson, Whitney, Emily, and Trey Rongisch. Also survived by father, Arnold Nielsen, of Omaha; brother, John (Michelle) Nielsen, of Papillion; and many loving family members.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Nielsen.
Cremation was chosen. A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, at the First Assembly of God with Pastor Gary Goodwin officiating.

Bob: I will alwayys remember Judy from Walmart. She and I worked closely together. I will keep her and you in my prayers, May she be at peace with our Heavenly Father and may he keep you strong at such a time.
