Albert Dawson Obituary

Albert A. "Ronnie" Dawson Jr, 70, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025 surrounded by his loving family at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Ronnie was born November 30, 1954 in Front Royal, Virginia, son of the late Albert Angus Dawson, Sr and Doris Virginia Pritchett Dawson.

Surviving is his loving and devoted wife of 30 years, Joyce A. Dawson; two sons, Brandon Dawson and wife Christina and Chad Dawson, all of Front Royal; one brother, Doug Dawson; two sisters, Joann Weidling and husband Paul of Strasburg and Karen Sibert and husband Ray of Front Royal. three grandchildren, Daniel Dawson, Isaiah Holland and Michael Dawson-Bowers Sr.; and three great-grandchildren, Scarlett Bowers, Silas Bowers and Michael Bowers Jr.
