Ann Phillips Obituary

Ann Elizabeth "Annie" Phillips, 64, of Front Royal, Virginia passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at her home.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 11 AM at Mount Comfort Cemetery, 6600 South Kings Highway, Alexandria, Virginia.

Annie, as she liked to be called, was born on May 15, 1961 in Middletown, Connecticut to Charles Meredith and the late Catherine Cogan Meredith. She retired as a supervisor from UPS in Chantilly, Virginia after 25 years of service. She was a loving wife and mother who loved gardening and going to flea markets to find whatever treasures she could find. After working 40 hours a week, she lovingly took care of her household and found joy in that.

Surviving along with her father is her husband of 25 years, Carl Phillips Jr.; two sons, James C. Rose and Kyle Rose; daughter, Meredith C. Rose; step daughter, Heather Phillips; two grandchildren, Brayden Wakely and Aubrey Wakely and two step grandchildren, Jamie Sponsler and Stormi Andrews.
