Diana Lynn Brill-Tharpe, 67, of Wardensville, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at her home.

A graveside service for Diana Lynn Brill-Tharpe will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Gravel Springs Cemetery in Star Tannery, VA with the Rev. Sonya Williams-Giersch officiating.

Diana was born April 22, 1951 in Winchester, VA, a daughter of the late Ashby Sherwood and Mary Margaret Strosnider Brill.

She was a member of Gravel Springs Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband, Arthur Woodrow "Woody" Tharpe of Wardensville, WV; her siblings, Jerry Ann Brill Nichols and husband Ronald of Winchester, VA, Donald Sherwood Brill and partner Cheryl of Winchester, VA, and Taylor Ashby Brill and wife Pat of Star Tannery, VA; and several nieces and nephews.

Dear Woody and The Brill Family,
Ashby and Mary were our next door neighbors for years. As children we played together and had many fun times. My sister Janet and I send our deepest sympathy and are saddened by Diana's passing. We know that Saint Peter and Heaven is rocking and rolling now, let the good times roll. Very fond memories remain.
