Donald W. Hamrick

Donald Wilkin Hamrick, 87, of Woodstock, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center. The funeral service will be Friday, September 19, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Toms Brook. Pastor Robert Wise will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Hamrick was born February 2, 1938, in Woodstock, son of the late Dallas and Evelyn Wilkin Hamrick. He was a 1958 graduate of Toms Brook High School. He went in to the Army in 1960 and was stationed in Germany in 1961. He was employed with Aileen Inc. for 29 years and was an active member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church where he served on the church council and building committee.

Donald is survived by his wife, Joyce Conner Hamrick whom he married on August 27, 1966; brother, Kenneth Hamrick and wife Debbie; and sister, Darlene Lindamood and husband Richard. He was preceded in death by sister, Janice Sine and brother, Louis Hamrick.

Pallbearers will be Pat Riffey, Sonny Ledane, Phil Hockman, Anthony Hamrick, Dale Kennelly and Carl Hamrick.

Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing and family get togethers at Christmas. He will be missed by all that knew him.
