Fay Miller Obituary

Fay Joan Miller, 93, of Woodstock, VA, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Woodstock Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Woodstock, VA.

Mrs. Miller was born in Washington D.C. on October 6, 1932, a daughter of the late James Jackson and Nellie Katherine Herbaugh Conner. She was a graduate of Central High School and Shenandoah Business School. Mrs. Miller loved farming and family time. She previously worked for Massanutten Bank, before moving to First Bank as a loan officer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Joe Miller and son Joseph Michael "Mickey" Miller.

Survivors include her son, Vincent Jay Miller (Pat); her grandchildren, Jeremy Miller, Jesse Miller (Kristy Ellison), Lindsay Miller (Mike Doman), Katy Cooper (Dominic), Cody Miller, and Mallory Gutierrez (Jason); her great-grandchildren, Kaylin Valencia (Patrick), Kameron Cooper, Marcus Miller, Logan Cooper, Mia Doman, Gage Gutierrez, Ayla Doman, Gabriella Gutierrez, Harper Miller, Bryce Miller, Luciana Gutierrez, and Tyson Cooper.

A celebration of life gathering for Mrs. Miller will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Stover Funeral Home, Strasburg, VA.

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork Street, Winchester, VA, 22601
