He is preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Brill and Russell Brill and one sister, Jeanette Brill.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Victory Church in Winchester.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Church, 2870 Middle Road, Winchester, VA 22601, with Pastor David Cunsolo, Pastor Hartley I. Wigfield and Pastor Aaron Brewer officiating. Burial will follow the service in Mount Olive Cemetery.
