He loved to read a book or watch Hallmark movies and classic westerns in his spare time. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Talley Womack.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Jeanne Grant Talley; his children, Courtney Parker and husband, Matthew, Jeremiah Jenkins and wife, Sarah, Kara Taylor and husband, Kevin; his grandchildren, Morgan, Mackenzie, Kaitlin, Lucas and Meredith; his great-granddaughter, Parker; his brother, Wayland Talley; and numerous extended family members.

Burial will follow at Panorama Memorial Gardens. Military honors will be presented by the Shenandoah American Legion Post 77, Strasburg, VA.

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. Masonic and Eastern Star rites will be given at 7:00 p.m.

The Pallbearers will be James Grant, Steve Swartz, Matthew Parker, Kevin Taylor, Jeremiah Jenkins and Lucas Jenkins.

The family suggests that expression of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions, lieu of flowers, to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 West Cork Street #405, Winchester, VA 22601.
