Kevin Michael Rocha

1988 - 2014

Kevin Michael Rocha left this world, Sunday, January 19 in a tragic car accident and the early age of 25.
Born July 27, 1988 to parents Manuel and Lisa Rocha and brother Matthew; Kevin grew up in Lodi, California for most of his life. He attended Vinewood Elementary, Lodi Middle School, and graduated from Lodi High School in 2007 and attended San Joaquin Delta College.
Known for his unforgettable laugh and permanent smile, Kevin brought joy to all who knew him. An avid swimmer and water polo player, Kevin excelled in sports from an early age. In recent years, Kevin became extremely passionate about fitness and was a member of Crossfit Santa Cruz Central gym where he strengthened both body and discipline. He was working towards becoming a correctional officer for the State of California.
Kevin loved the beach throughout his life and later moved to Capitola, California, where he resided until his untimely passing.
Kevin was a member of Saint Anne's Parish, where he was baptized into the Catholic faith.
Kevin is survived by his parents: Manuel and Lisa Rocha, of Lodi; his brother, sister-in-law, and nephew: Matthew, Ashley and Joey Rocha of El Dorado Hills. Kevin also leaves behind his grandparents: Joe and Lynn Bugeja of Stockton; his aunt, uncle and cousins: Lori, Jerry, Tyler, and Spencer Ferdun of Lodi; and an extended "family" of friends.

His requiem mass will be held at Saint Anne's Catholic Church on Thursday, January 30 at 11:00 AM.
His death leaves a void in the lives of all who knew and loved him.
