Murray Selby Obituary
Mr. Selby was born August 21, 1941, in Maryland, son of the late Joseph Anthony and Bertha Kathryn Murray Selby. He was a lifetime member of the Fort Valley Fire Department, served in the United States Army, and worked as a service equipment Technician for My Three Sons in Winchester, VA. He is preceded in death by his wife, Madeline Louise Ford Selby whom he married on December 1, 1961; and a sister, JoAnne Halterman.
He is survived by his children, Murray A. Selby Jr. (Amy) of Fort Valley, Joseph A. Selby (Marcy) of Woodstock, Michael L. Selby (Donna) of Elkton, VA, Thomas J. Selby (Melissa) of Fort Valley, VA, Deborah L. Taylor (Adam) of Edinburg; sister, Micki Barbour (Tom) of Fort Valley, VA; fifteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
