Patricia Franklin Obituary


Patricia Lynn Franklin, 73, of Strasburg, VA passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 at her residence.

A celebration of life gathering for Mrs. Franklin will be held at Stover Funeral Home on Monday, October 30, 2023, from 6-8 p.m.

Mrs. Franklin was born on March 12, 1950, a daughter of the late Harry Lee and Rowena Faith Dixon Burroughs. She was a 1968 graduate of James Wood High School and retired from Midwesco where she worked for 41 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles David Franklin.

Survivors include her son Matthew Franklin of Strasburg, VA; her siblings Paul Burroughs (Barbara) of Stephens City, VA, Perry Burroughs of Middletown, VA, and Pamela Burroughs of Winchester, VA along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial may be made in memory of Mrs. Franklin to a charity of one's choice.
