Mr Web and Web Jr, the last time I talked to Phyllis was a couple of years ago when my dad (Tiger Jones) stopped by her house to see her before we went to see my sister Chyanna play softball over in Front Royal, of course Tiger and Phyllis talked of the old times and memories of us,and the Winchester folks, when we were young, she was fun and will be sadly missed by all that knew her, Tiger's son, Bugs

Dear Family,
I grew up with Phyllis, her and My Mom Rosetta were best friends and she was my father's cousin. When Yolanda was born she named her after me I'm Rolanda and she's Yolanda and at that point I never had a sister and well Phyllis blessed me with a godsister and my mom another daughter. Then my babygirl Tia spoiled rotten she was not going very far from Mom and Dad's Smiles. Then mom called and say guess what Phyllis had another girl named Casey you have another sister. I could go on for days down memory lane to my wonderful cousin and auntie Phyllis may you RIP tell RoRo and Daddy Chummy what up I am going to miss you.

To the family of Phyllis Washington Smith, I was one of the graduates in the class of '66. I spoke to Phyllis about a month ago and it was such a joy to speak with her. My sister Denise Henry use to live across the street from you all. I'm sorry for your loss and that I'm unable to be there.
