Rhonda Chacon Obituary
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after the service until 1:00 p.m.
Ms. Chacon was born September 4, 1957 in Houston, TX, daughter of the late Richard S. Chacon and Rosemary Warner Chacon. She was raised by her mother, Marguerite Chacon.
Surviving are three children, Stephanie Martin of Fredericksburg, VA, Marc Anthony Chacon and Megan Victoria Chacon, both of Front Royal; two brothers, Tommy Rinehart and David Rinehart, both of Texas; and five grandchildren Kloie Chacon, Thomas Chacon, Taj Chacon, Alec Martin, and Raquel McCoy.

Sincere condolences and love to Stephanie, Marc and Megan. I have always had fond memories of the Vista View Crew of which you 3 and my 3 children belonged. Your mom, me and Cindy..well we were the neighborhood moms. I remember Rhonda as a straight shooter, a hard worker and always concerned about her children. The best evidence of her life are you 3 kids she raised that speak of her love for all of you. I know she will always be in your hearts and we here in Cali will never forget her. Love to all of you.
