Samantha Cornwell Obituary
Samantha was born February 23, 1987 in Winchester, the daughter of Thomas E. "Sam" Sealock and Lisa Grady.
She had worked at Garber's Ice Cream. She was a member of Greenway Spirit & Word Fellowship.
She married Randolph Hunter Cornwell, III on April 22, 2006 in Winchester.
Along with her husband, Samantha is survived by her daughter, Hannah Marie Cornwell of Middletown; her parents, Thomas E. "Sam" Sealock and his wife Penny of Winchester and Lisa Grady of Winchester; her paternal grandparents, Peggy Sealock of Linden, VA and Tommy Sealock of Winchester; her maternal grandparents, Brenda and Roger Holliday of Stephens City; three sisters, Shana Grady of Winchester, Kelsey Rinker of Stephens City and Makayla Crawford of Winchester; a step sister, Chelsea Hayes of Winchester; and a step-brother, Elisha Sealock of Winchester.
Samantha was preceded in death by her son, James "JJ" Michael Brown, Jr. on November 12, 2005.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester with Pastor Bob Vineyard and Pastor Eric Farel officiating.
Pallbearers will be David Grove, Dustin Cornwell, Chris Rinker, Jacob Campbell, Billy Miller and Elisha Sealock. Honorary pallbearers will be Nick Picolo, Timmy Nichols and Dan Brown.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Samantha Cornwell Memorial Fund, c/o Jones Funeral Home, 228 S. Pleasant Valley Rd., Winchester, VA 22601.

to lisa and family this is tasha miller samanthas best friend i moved to florida but me and samantha were still close i met my husband alex thiugh her and we have been togethre for 10 years so i have alot to thank samantha for i loved her so much she was like my sister i wroght her a letter and i mailed it to my sister desiree and she is going to samanthas grave to read it to her. she will always be in my heart for ever.my prayers are with you all at this time.

i didn't personally know samantha, but i knew her precious daughter. i worked at children of america for about a month or so back in june, and hannah was so much fun to be around. may she rest in peace.
