Alberta Hill Obituary
She was educated in the Putnam County School District in Palatka, Fla. She furthered her education in Tallahassee, Florida at the Florida A&M University where she earned a degree in nursing. After completing her education she joined her husband in Ft. Walton Beach where she became the first African American registered nurse at the Old Ft. Walton Beach Hospital.
In 1960 "Bert" dedicated her life to Jehovah God and was a zealous witness for 57 years , most of those years were spent as a full time Pioneer. She helped many to learn and accept the truth of God's Word. She was generous with her time and resources to help those in need. She loved God, his word the Bible and read it daily. She now awaits the promise of Job 14:15 "He will call and she will answer".
The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 3:30pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 216 Jonquil Ave. Fort Walton Beach FL
Interment: BEAL MEMORIAL

We all should strive to imitate the fine example sister Hill set and the pleasant personality she displayed. one of my better memories is the one at either her house or at Madea house playing cards. .I see that smile on her face even now! She enjoyed playing cards and we enjoyed playing with her.( Gonna play some more in the new world)

Mrs Hill was a loving kind, humble-hearted person who truly treated others greater than herself. I will truly wait for the day when all those in memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out! Thank you so much for teaching me jehovah's word and believing in me, when I didn't believe in myself, I love you so much for not giving up on me. Because of you I became a servant of the true God, and look forward to seeing you in paradise!!!! Love you
