Robin DeShazo Obituary

Robin DeShazo, age 53, passed away Jan. 10, 2010.
He was born on June 2, 1956, in DeFuniak Springs, Fla., to Lowell and Mary Nell Hattaway DeShazo. Mr. DeShazo lived most of his life in Walton County. He was Baptist by faith. He was a veteran of the Vietnam era, serving his country in the U.S. Army. He worked as a service manager for over 20 years in the Coping Industry. He enjoyed fishing and was known as a "jack-of-all-trades."
Mr. DeShazo was preceded in death by his father, Lowell DeShazo. Mr. DeShazo is survived by his mother, Mary Nell Moore of DeFuniak Springs; two sons, Arron DeShazo and wife Christy of Doerun, Mo., and Adam DeShazo of Olive Branch, Miss.; one daughter, Amanda Anderson and husband J.D. of Olive Branch; one brother, Russell DeShazo of DeFuniak Springs; one sister, Sheila Calabrese and husband Clark of Chattanooga, Tenn.; one granddaughter, McKayla DeShazo; and two step-granddaughters, Rachel and Emily.
A time of visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home, 230 Park Ave., DeFuniak Springs.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilbur Williams officiating.
Pallbearers will be Danny Infinger, Randy Hall, Avery Stanley, Timothy Stanley, Johnny Goodwin, Tommy Jones and Will Hall.
Burial will follow in the Glendale Presbyterian Cemetery.
