Tim Gaskin Obituary

Tim Gaskin, age 48, of Freeport, Fla., passed away Monday, Aug. 29, 2011. He was born on Aug. 8, 1963, in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army of nine years, an avid fisherman, 1981 graduate of Fort Walton Beach High School and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Gaskin; and son, Anthony Gaskin.
Survivors include his daughter, Tammie Gaskin; sister, Janice Barrow; grandson, Logan Lee Gaskin.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 2, in the chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Rev. Francis A. Picker, Jr. officiating.
The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
Brackney Funeral Service, Crestview, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.

May the lord be with your family in this time of need.I was a close friend with Tim an his family for several years.He will be missed an in my heart for years to come.May you find peace within yourselves for we have no answers to why things happen.He has left some very dear family an friends behind but there is always meomories to look back on.Tammy there is only one thing that comes to mind for the things you are dealing with may the lord be your rock an your foundation thru your pain an sorry.May the lord bless you an keep you safe an warm thru all this.With loving thoughts to you an your loss.Tina
