ANNE C. DEVITT "NANCY" WARSAW, IN
Anne C. "Nancy" Devitt age 82, Warsaw, IN formerly of Hammond, IN and Demotte, IN passed away at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 04, 2014. She was born in Chicago, IL on January 24, 1932 to Lester C. and Ann C. Talcott. She was married to her loving husband of 40 years Ross E. Devitt, who preceded her in death December 17, 2011. She is survived by three daughters, Karen (William) Kann of Leesburg, IN, Linda (Roger) Thibault of Palm Coast, FL, Terry (Mike) Powers of Winona Lake, IN.; two sons, Bryon (Julie) Anderson of Hebron, IN, Glen (Sue) Anderson of Demotte, IN.; stepson Patrick (Hazel) Devitt of Ohio; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Anne was preceded in death by her sister Colette "Bette" (Bruce) Frederick, and brother Lester (Grace) Talcott. Anne was a lifelong catholic and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was also a member of the North Webster American Legion Post 253. She loved the casino, karaoke parties, cooking, entertaining and gatherings with friends and family. She was one of a kind. Cremation will take place and a private family service will be held. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Kosciusko County. Elkhart Cremation has been entrusted with the arrangements.
