ANTHONY ROY ASHBY "TONY" HOBART, IN Anthony Roy "Tony" Ashby, 50, of Hobart, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born April 24, 1962 in Kokomo, IN. Survivors include his parents: Danny and Faye Ashby; his son Anthony Roy Ashby II of Lake Station; one sister, Andrea Ernest, one niece, Emily Ernest of New Orleans, LA; his longtime companion, Roxanne Gutierrez and her son, Joshua Gutierrez of Hobart; and many loving relatives. A celebration of Tony's life begins with visitation at 6:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2012 at First Church of the Nazarene, 1 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, IN with Pastor Roy Richardson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a fund established in Tony's name c/o Centier Bank, Hobart, IN.
