Arthur Tkacz Obituary

Arthur L. Tkacz Schererville Arthur L. Tkacz, age 63, of Schererville, IN, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2004. He is survived by his loving wife, Joan; one son Art (Gayle) Tkacz of Munster; two daughters, Darlene (Richard) Bomba of Dyer and Lisa Belinsky of Highland; six grandchildren: Bobby, Marty, Kaitlin, Chelsea, Allison and Mallory; one brother, George (Judy) Tkacz of Ft. Wayne, IN; one sister, Eileen (Larry) Ryan of Lowell, IN; and his buddy, George (Shirley) Kontol. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. Directly at St. Joseph Church, 440 Joliet, Dyer, IN, with a 10:00 a.m. Mass with Father Mark Pavlina officiating. Entombment, Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Visitation on Monday, May 24th, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 5840 Hohman Ave., Hammond. Mr. Tkacz was retired from Rand McNally and Wallace Press. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all. 219-932-0261

Mr. Tkacz was a wonderful man. I am sorry for the family that they lost someone so wonderful. He was a great dad. He really loved his kids. I know he will be greatly missed by all. Darlene and family, my thoughts and prayers will be with you all.

I REMEMBER WORKING WITH ART AT RAND MCNALLY. HE WAS A GRAT PERSON TO TALK, AN KID WITH. HE MADE OVERTIME HOURS GO QUICKLY. HE WAS A GREAT FRIEND.
