CROWN POINT, IN - Barbara Slosson, age 89, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023.
Barbara is survived by her children: Renee (Kevin) McNair, Craig (Lori) Slosson, and Vannessa (Glen) Slosson; grandchildren: Ashley (Antonio) Campos, Ian (Paula) McNair, Lauren (Cody) Slosson, and Kaylie (Josh) Flamme; and great-grandchildren: Annalise and Adelaide Campos, Brennan Slosson, and Lily and Emelia Flamme.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Slosson.
Barbara was an avid bowler and an active member of Bethel Church. She was the owner of Colonial Nursing Home for over 10 years. Barbara loved to cook family meals and spend time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.
Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the Funeral Home with Steve Dewitt officiating. Interment to follow at City of Crown Point Historic Maplewood Cemetery in Crown Point, IN.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Barbara's name to Dunes Hospice.
