Carolyn Marie Britton, age 91, of DeMotte, IN, formerly of Schererville, IN, passed away peacefully, due to complications from a stroke, on Monday, September 1, 2025, in the nursing home surrounded by family members.
A Public Visitation for Carolyn will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. Additional time to visit with the family will be on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 11:00 am until the beginning of the Funeral at 12:00 pm, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. Dr. Dennis Olsen, and D. Min. Pastor Char Olsen will be officiating. Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, in the Garden of Lake.
In lieu of flowers, contributions toward the headstone for Carolyn and Robert would be deeply appreciated.
