Christopher Vanderlugt, A wonderful and smart person to know. He loved older cars, and he was crazy about Halloween. I wished he could have done many things in life, like travel. Now he can see everything. Chris you shall be missed. May God help your family to heal. You will never be forgotten. Your Friend

I will be praying for you all. I know there will be a day when all the tears will be washed away. Standing tall is Heaven must feel good though. It must feel so good. For someone who was already strong of heart and soul, now to have all strength regained. I am so sorry for all your sorrow. I love you guys and I know you are a strong family. I will pray for you and I will help out with anything you need.

I will never forget taking Chris to see the very first Star Wars movie. He was fascinated and full of questions. He truly was a "great thinker" and figured out plot twists before they happened. Time and distance changed many things, but never my affection for his family. He will live on fondly in memories. May he rest in peace.
